Sensei Claire has challenged the Monday night class (and anyone else in the club) to complete a total of 1000 repetitions of a seven minute workout in the next four weeks.

Well done to all 32 students who graded on Sunday 13th March 2016. We have pictures and results. Particular congratulations to Victor, who passed his kata test to gain his Black Belt, First Dan.

The floor in the Blue Gym at Netherhall is being improved, and so training will take place in the Atrium instead on Wednesday 30th March, 2016

These are the last training dates before Christmas, and the first in the New Year:

At the SKA black belt grading in Enfield on Saturday 21st November, the Cambridge Club gained five new Dan grades:

• Third Dan - Andrzej and Robert
• Second Dan - Hannah and Charlotte
• First Dan - Mark

Congratulations to them, and all of the successful students from other clubs in the association.

We are unable to train on Monday 12th October 2015, as the Sports Hall is unavailable. We intend to train for two hours on 19th October to make up.

During the Summer Holidays, there will only be one class at Netherhall School, running from 7.30-8.30. Adults and juniors are both welcome to attend this class. Wednesday 15th July was the last double class until Wednesday 2nd September, when normal classes will resume.

Sensei Claire will be attempting to run 100km from London to Brighton on 23/24 May, raising money for the Alzheimers Association. We will be helping her to raise money by holding sponsored karate sessions of 500 kicks and punches during the week of 1-6 June. Please see your sensei for sponsorship forms.
