• Age-uke, Mae-Geri, Gyaku-zuki (Forward and back)
• Ude-uke, Empi (Forward and back)
• Uchi-uke, Kizami-zuki, Gyaku-zuki (Forward and back)
• Shuto-uke, Mae-geri (front leg), Nukite (Forward and back)

• Mae-geri, Kekomi (Turn)
• Mae-geri, Mawashi-geri (Turn)
• Keage, Gyaku-zuki, Gedan-barai (Turn)
• Ushiro-geri, Gyaku-zuki (Turn)
• Mae-geri, Kekomi (Same leg, on the spot) (Both sides)

Kihon-ippon Kumite
Two techniques each for:

• Jodan
• Chudan
• Mae-geri
• Kekomi

(Both sides, the same defence not to be repeated on the same side)

Kata

• Tekki Shodan
• Plus: One previous kata of the examiner's choice.
